  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 40 g peanuts
  • 160 g dark chocolate (preferably with a high cocoa content)
  • 40 g vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 300 g of cottage cheese (or cream cheese) with 40 g of coconut oil (or cocoa butter or butter), 40 g of honey, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 20 g of cocoa powder.
If the mixture has lumps, use a blender to smooth it out until you have a consistent, creamy texture.
Transfer the mixture into a mold of your choice. You could use a loaf pan or silicone molds for individual servings.
Place the filled molds into the freezer and let them set for at least 3 hours, until they are firm.
